According to legend, Boann was the goddess of the River Boyne. Boann Distillery sources its barley and water from the Boyne Valley, so using the Boann name ties into that heritage.

The Whistler 7 Single Malt is very woody with just a touch of citrus. It's more harsh than smooth, with an aftertaste that lingers.
